The objective of my program, "My Body is a Machine," is to promote physical exercise for kids and hopefully contribute to putting an end to childhood obesity.
The methods used in my program involve physical exercises that anybody can do on his or her own. None of these exercises requires expensive equipment. 
Besides contributing to keeping fit, these exercises help prevent injury. My goal is to show kids between 7 and 10 years old how to incorporate a simple, fun exercise routine into their daily life.
To get the maximum benefit, kids should plan on doing the exercise routine five to seven days a week.

My program has three components:

1. Prevention of injury
2. Improvement of fitness level
3. Maintenance of fitness level
